What kind of warranty do Zippo lighters have?

All Zippo lighters are backed with a lifetime guarantee by the manufacturer. Zippo’s website states : “It works or we fix free”. Look for answers to your repair questions on Zippo.com.


What is your return policy?

For full refunds, store exchanges, or store credit at the customer’s discretion:

Once your order arrives, you will have 30 days to return any item that has not been used, and is still in it’s original packaging with all tags, labels, stickers, and orange safety labels attached in their original position.

What if my order was damaged in the shipping process, or my order is defective?

If returned within the first 30 days after you receive your order, we will accept all damaged or defective returns for a full refund, store exchange, or store credit at the customer’s discretion.

How do I start the return process?

Contact us at rob@lightersandmore.com. Include in your email a front and back picture of your lighter or item you wish to return, as well as a picture of the original packaging. Let us know if you would like a full refund, store exchange, or store credit.

We will email you a return shipping label, which you will tape to the envelope.

If you didn’t ruin the original shipping envelope, you may use the same envelope to return your order. Simply place the return label over the original shipping label and use strong clear shipping tape to close the envelope.

Take your package to the nearest United States Post Office during normal business hours and hand your package to a postal worker that is accepting packages. You will receive a receipt with a tracking number where you can track your package’s return trip.

Once your package has been received and it satisfies all the above mentioned Return Policy criteria, the previously agreed on full refund, store exchange, or store credit will be authorized

Can all items be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit?

Unfortunately, not all items can be returned for a full refund, store exchange, or store credit. Some heavily discounted items will be clearly marked as Final Sale - No Refunds, Exchanges, or Credits. Flints and Wicks are consumables and also fall into this category.
